If the graphs are right yes NNW late morning tomorrow will be fine at Dutch Inn, once it goes NW it is acceptable and later on WNW is a possibility so late in the day could be abit sus.
Then river or Crazy Waves for Thurs and Dutchies again Fri (that post frontal SSW is rarely good but you never know!)

Looks like going to be WNW most of day Thursday - Safety Bay any good? Too onshore for Dutchies? Any other suggestions for this strange wind direction?

WNW rocks at Crazy Waves but won't be the swell for it to be breaking probably

We have a bit of NW here now but looking at the charts I am sus as it is not a cold front just a weird low. Yet the are predictinga good blow tomorrow. Anyone?

I first went to my home suburb (Singleton) and it looked awesome with 25 knots and comfortable waves, but there was absolutely nobody (not even kites!) so I thought to go up to Shoalwater (in case a shark eats me, at least someone can let the world know! .
Once up there it didn´t look as promising but ended up rigging the biggest I had i.e. 4.7m2 with 85l (me 74kg), and went well only 50% of the time, very frustrating... Gee! should have taken the 5.4m2 with 100l !!... or stay in Singleton.

QUESTION: Is there any windsurfer in Singleton other than me?? I have been sailing several times since I moved in 2 months ago and it´s a nice spot, but I am always on my own

^^ similar. :(
Left work early, rigged up 6m which is my biggest and would have been enough but when I hit the water 10mins later it was continually dropping so I got two runs in, dogging. yay

anyone got a good story and or pics from the first front of 'winter' ???

Yep. got about an hour of steady powered up just before dark with 2 other out. 5.6. No waves. But nice to get some wintery freshness.
