What are the best spots to mount the Go Pro to minimise the glare? Any ideas welcome.

You will always get glare if you are sailing into the sun. I have mounted mine both on the back of the boom and my favourite spot is the top of the mast looking down. From the top of the mast you see everything.

There is only one problem with mast mounted. I have had a whole session ruined because of a drop of water on the lens. Rain-x helps, but as the lens is the lowest point because it is facing downwards, sometimes, the droplet just sits on the lowest point.

I also made a 90 degree bracket out of copper plumbing pipe that points out the back of the board which the camera can be mounted too. I have not tried it yet

What mount do u use for the mast? same as the boom one?
So far i have the boom mount and the helmet (but i dont have a helmet yet he he)
also have the one that suppose to stick to the board but that probably applies to surf board where ther is no anti slip? Any other reccomendations for mounts that could be good for windsurfing action?
