Neil pryde sail, boom thingy (sorry I'm a kiter), harness and vest found in Werner's Park ten minutes ago. PM me with details if it's yours.

Hopefully we find an owner otherwise we might have to sacrifice it to Huey next time it trough's out

Burn it. It's only a Pryde sail. Mark loves them

Gawd fellas- dont burn it!

If you cant find its owner- there is a group of Ag. school students in Esperance, and a class in Mercy college building landyachts who would love to give it a new home.

we dont care how old- or damaged sails, masts and booms are, we can modify, repair or use them as parts for landyachts!

the kids- and chook- would really appreciate it if you could keep your eyes open for this type of stuff for them.

All the best

stephen.

Well they are good

Until they get dumped on by anything over 5ft

ah well.... if they get chewed up, give me a P.M. and I will collect them for Chooks kids and the Mercy College crew.

Chook has gone and ordered a brand new special sailmakers sewing machine and is just waiting for it to arrive so he can start modifying damaged sails!

I know I've been in a rush to leave sometimes and have occasionally left the odd bit of kit behind but how can someone forget that much gear? Although the person in question uses Pryde equipment so clearly not the brightest of sparks. Pats on the back to you Chris6791 for your integrity. Proof that kiters are not all bad.

Still no takers??? it was neatly stacked up on the edge of the grass/carpark. My guess is someone packing up after dark drove off without it, exhausted after an awesome session yesterday.

i remember Patrick at scarbs left his gear fully rigged at the beach he found it the next day after the clubbies put it in the shed. He also left a board there once and it was found a couple of weeks later in the dunes.

I've rigged up, put wettie on, locked car and gone to pick up my gear and realized I forgot my harness which wasn't in the car but was at home. So I left my gear on the beach and drove home in my wettie to get my harness. When I came back it was still there

A die hard poley has had a look at the gear, apparently it would have been good secondhand gear back in the early 90's. He offered me a carton for it so he could upgrade his own kit to something more modern

Clearly he is not a die hard poley. Sounds like he is ready to die himself.
I flew a kite once. Took me less than half an hour to master it and I got bored

He wears a blouse these days. Any gear you give to him has got to be better than the crap he is on now. I reckon you should give him one of your kites. He would be a way better kiteboarder than a windsurfer
