Downhaul pulleys on sail broken

Hi, Recently my downhaul pulleys broke on my old bic techno sail as in it just corroded off. Im looking for somebody around perth to replace the pulley and sow it back onto the sail. Any advice as to who to talk to would be appreciated

Or if south of the river there's a sail repair place in O'Connor on Milson Place.

I'd prob just buy a pulley with a hook on it (Stuart Bell sells them) and get the sail maker to put a loop or an eyelet on the bottom of the sail to hook it into.
