Sorry I don't buy into all this superstitious Bullsh1t of not talking about the forecast.
If I am able to affect it I must be GOD!!! so bow down to me my little subjects

bit overpowered on the 'new' 5.2 this a.m., but I managed o.k. - couldn't be bothered coming in for the change down (and it was only gusting 35 at that point)

nice to blow the cobwebs away and get that new gear on the water - should help the wind gods - I have had that sail for nearly a year and its an indictment on the past season that I never got to use it

woo hoo

You will be glad that I have made the sacrifice for you all.

Had about half a dozen tail-dancing runs at Lucky Bay with my 4.7 only just in "control" and thought I would have a quick break. So as I lifted my board and sail out of the water to head to shore a gust caught the sail and flipped it with the tip of my finger then getting ripped in the clew.

End result was 3 hours in Freo getting 4 stitches and no more sailing for the week...

Go on the water yesterday at crazie waves, got two runs in and the wind dropped so much I could barely water start (was on 4.7m).

The news showed someone out at trig, I think on one of those multi coloured tushy sails. So it looks like atleast someone scored.

What wind directions does Trigg work with? Once its windy enough to scare the surfers off...

Is anyone heading out this arvo? I have my gear in the car at work in Kwinana, and hoping for a sail.

How about a pre work session Wednesday morning 7 - 9am?

I am trying to figure out whether to get smashed at Dutchies, or else wimp out and have a fang on the river.

I got stuck at work this arvo so didnt get out... but have to go on night shift tomorrow night which means I can sail tomorrow.

Now the question is, will there actually be enough wind to sail tomorrow, or will it die out real quick into a suckfest?
