Hi,

I've been trying to contact WindsurfingPerth (by email) about buying some new sails, sent one start of last week and a follow up on the weekend using two different email addresses, but had not heard back at all. I'm not based in Oz, so haven't called and was asking them about overseas delivery (maybe that is something they don't do?).

Does anyone know if they are still in business, can tell them I'm not a crank emailer and would like to actually purchase something from them? Happy for anyone to pm me on the forum if there's a privacy issue.

Cheers

k.

I'd consider it for sure, but unfortunately one of the drawbacks of having bought Neil Pryde masts with (according to Unifiber www.unifiber.net/en/masts-selector) a Mast Curve profile that only 2 out of maybe 25 sailmakers support is that unless you want to buy a raft of new masts, you're a wee bit stuck. My whole family surfs (wife and 2 kids), so we have 3x430s, 2x400s, a 370 and a 340 mast, all RDM, quite an outlay to go changing to a different brand. Having said that, for RDM is seems like there is some compatibility across the Const Curve vs Flex Top Boundary.

check your spam. I sent an email a while back and assumed they didn't get back to me, a few weeks later I discovered an email in my spam box

JKsmurf

We have now sent you 5 emails back ? And you still have not bought anything

And yes sometimes we are just too busy with phone calls and walk in customers to answer emails back straight away sorry about that.

Thanks Daniel
