Do not know who has organised these in the past or what is involved,is there one planned in the near future ?
Unsure, but i know you can rent car parks by the hour in most city streets.
Might be an option.

shows how out of touch I am since sailing in Mandurah. When did this happen Stu ? Not that I'm surprised. Sad though, windsurfing was thriving when I turned up ten years ago. Only a few regulars left now.
