The Swanbourne camera shows calm sea, and Scarborough always looks like it's a gale out there?

I noticed the Scarborough always looks like that. Camera angle or frozen image?

Tried, works great everywhere...except for Scarborough which is "black".
The seabreeze display makes more sense now.

BTW, I was impressed. It's really in real-time. Thanks for that.
