$10,000 Cash prize purse for 09 Lano Classic

Largest cash prize purse in the history of the Lancelin Ocean Classic.

For 2009 the Lancelin Ocean Classic will have a total cash prize pool of a massive $10,000 which makes it the windsurfing event with the biggest cash prize purse in Australia and to be honest one of the biggest local events in the world.

First prize for the Winner of the Elites waves will be $1200 (AUD).
First Prize for the Winner of the Elite Marathon will be a huge $2000 (AUD).

With the rest of the cash being spread over the other divisions.

In the Waves the Elite will only be eligible for cash prizes, however in the Marathon for the 2009 event there will be cash prizes for each division. Please note the big cash prizes will still be for the Elite...
