Google is your friend... alternatively try the search engine on this site... this subject has been beaten to death...

... in a nutshell... yes it's windy... yes there are waves... no, you shall not drop in on other sailors...

Dont worry about the point, it gets dissed heaps, dont go there, i never go there, its so scary, the reef and the sharks, and there's this guy out there called Gangster and he'll tell you all about it if your doing wrong, man, then there was this one time at windsurf camp, this gangster bloke bailed me up and threw my gear off the cliffs, all i did was try and smoke him in 6-8ft hells gates, so yeah, be careful, also be careful of the gero boysl, they were this local crew who bashed me cause they thought i was some euro **** Kiters who were taking out the whole break at sunsets with their 30ft lines in the break in big seas. Loose
Anyway once they worked out i was some kook from the eastern states they were like a black fella and a free pack of winny golds, all good.
Enjoy but yeah watch out for the Gangster

Taken out from behind by a Ganster A frame
as you end up out cold on Barrys ledge
Washed through the caves ,minced at kiddied
boosted over by kite ****, sprayed by windsurf pole pullers.
Drift through shark allie
Watch 70 foot cray boats surfing and heading right at you and your gear from channel busters ,to only run over your tampon pack or send bowl wash into your head as your having your second panic attack,
before the right hander disconnects everything for you and the current takes you through the gates of hell and over the cheezzzzzzze grater before spitting you out in a straight jacket of strings and monofilm
to finally cop your last rights at the JAWS of hell to either be taken alive or your left flowndering like a propella mangled seal , or you will be watching your leg wash around your ear and or your just face down being circled by God.
Go the cray rope ,You might get pulled before dawn.
And if you get in to shore there is always a friendly white pannel van (with the sticker dont bother Knocking im shagging your mum , and Vb and bungers in the back to help with the black party attack.

asd.............to much partying im thinking

Is there some serious wave spots aroung point moore, like bigger, heavier stuff. It seems all the spots are all pretty lame?

Well its offshore for surfing (hell paddle) and a bit exposed for wind ,,,,,but it picks up all the swell and is as heavey as it gets anywhere.

Lots of time theres current ,,,,,,,,but you work this out and your styling ,theres a heap of vareiety and its always chuncky.

you havent done your time bro
