After deciding that this season was the one i would attempt a forward, i dropped my board off at Steve Strathfold for yet another repair.
Chance has it that Ben and Jus where lounging around (literally), and after a quick couple of tips and hints hit the forward again today.
Landed on my back in the straps twice. Big improvement.
Cheers Ben mate sorry bought the Ashes .

1. It's not all about the back hand. Make sure the forward hand slides forward
2. Do not look forward - or you'll fall forward

the other things i was already doing like looking back and bringing the back leg up

As soon as brought the hand forward it brought the rig forward
and once i stopped looking at where i wanted to land instead of where i was going to land it came together (sort of )

Still needs more practice.

I have given myself the same challenge before I'm 40. 10 weeks to go.

Any body got any tips on how to grow some bigger nuts?
