....just wondering if any one has bothered swapped out the standard blue fins on the starboard quad?

I just got a quad 100 and think the rear 15cm could be a tad small, esp for low winds?
Also, any one tried the k4s instead (i dont measure any toe in on the boxes)

Thanks
Northy

Hi used to have a 2013 92 starboard quad which are used 14 stubbies and 10 Ezzys with 1? and that was the perfect combination for me I weigh 80 kg , I now have a 89 2015 which I use for 14 in the rear and 10 with 1? and 2? When it gets a bit bigger, I did play around with bigger rears but didn't seem to make too much difference and I found that the 14 was the size that works best, I did go back and try to use a standard fins but like the feel of the k4

If you think the standards feel small, I'd not go K4 as the flexiness will make them feel small and you achieve nil.

MFC 350 fin set will be niiiice in it's normal wind range, the 400 set for marginal stuff.

Nah! I'd go K4 17cm Flex in the back and fronts K4 Ezzy 10cm @2-degrees of toe-in. Would be the perfect blend of grip, lift and drive. Ezzy himself uses 16cm Flex and Ezzy 8cm on his tri fin and is killing it at Ho'okipa.

Black project and maui ultra are too expensive for me to try out
I will try 16 or 18 or new 17cm (avail next few weeks) k4 rear stubbies

QS 350 = 16 + 9cm
QS 400 = 16 + 10cm i think

Default on the starboard are 15 and 10cm
