wow, it looks like sarah quita sails almost as well as alot of the blokes and better than the marino twins

if theres anything positive to say about kiteboarding, at least its not as taxing on the body as windsurfing and the women still look like women and not like the chinese olympic swimmers (well not quite that bad) but at some of these events it's getting harder and harder to work out if it's sarah quita, the morino chicks or Gollito

The day 10 footage is awsome, you know it's going to get crazy when Campello gets his helmet out, those triple attempts look nuts. I can see a new disipline in the future, just crazy jumps, like freestyle motocross on water.

I love how a double forward now seems to be a standard move for most of the top level guys...

... although, we all know it's easier to sail in 60 knts as you will be using smaller sails and boards...

one thing that has always confused me about pozo is that Ive always thought that when the wind hits 43kts ( I think that was the majic number??) you start to get the misting effect, eg when the whitecaps are blown off the surface of the water and turn to mist. But when you see footage of pozo you dont seem to seeit even though they say it was 60kts?? Is this the camera angle that doesnt show it or what. Its obviously windy as they are using 3.5s ect but why doent it look that windy on the film??

I have seen some pretty buff pro kiters. Watching kitesurfing vids with some mates. So not much argument there...

na it's prob just the film, it don't usually look as windy on film, if you have ever taken photo's of people sailing, when you look at the pic's it looks 10 knots when you where fully powered on a 5.0m, same with wave size.

But the comp would have been awesome to watch in real life..
