2. Euros have the right of way in all circumstances

3. If you are on a wave and a Euro wants it you must bail imediately, if you do not bail immediately the only way you will be exemplified from this rule is if you trash your gear taking avoidance of said Euro when he rightfully carves you up.

6. you must never ever engage in social chit chat. You roll up to the beach and say "hey what size?" to one person only. Never any further conversation.

7. you must park you van right across the beach, perpendicular to the way everyone else does, and spread your crap around everywhere, thus restricting parking as much as possible

8. NEVER follow the locals traditions or sailing lines. They can't possibly have a clue what they're doing - they haven't travelled

Have gear that works well in light wind - especially a cool 6.5 / 95 litre wave set up

be insanely good at freestyle and jumping

learn how to wave sail in record time
or already be an absolute shredder.

Be really stoked to be somewhere new and different - and find the aussie accent hilarious (pronounces Jason "JYESUN" )

Be a super cool dude who will show you all the good parties and powder spots when you are in Austria

Freak out at how good cooper's pale ale is
