no problem here... Makaha had 20 knots and at times mast high munchers on Tuesday. A bit fluky to get out but once you made it out it wasn't too bad.

seg,
what time were you out on Tue? I was on the water by 6.30. A few of those waves
were so sideways and BIG but it was eerily smooth.

Yesterday was better IMO as the swell had calmed down. I can't believe there was only 1 other guy out in the arvo! A little harder to get out with the usual wind shadow at white rock but so smooth again. Got 90 minutes in so sort of made up for missing the NE on Xmas day.

not much on the map until a decent NE next Tue.

Newport reef was as good as it gets the last 3 days. Over 1/2 dozen guys out this arvo for the last remnants of the cyclone swell.
