So you want a cool new video starring you at your local spot? The problem is no-one's ever around to film though right?
Well, it's GoPro to the rescue! http://www.windsurfnsnow.com.au/index.php/windsurfing-mainpage/blog
Check out Jun Nagamori in "Jun's Jumpfest", a gutsy and talented Long Reef local who doubles as a knee surgeon when he's not on the water windsurfing or kiting.
WINDSURFNSNOW! how much did gopro pay you to put this up? if your thinking about getting one people have a look at some of the reviews on the net! and not on gopros site!
WindSurfnSnow do a pretty damn good job promoting and supporting all the products they sell, and the blog about using gopro for a windsurfer is useful for all of us
I enjoyed watching the video footage and it showcased exactly what the blog had suggested could be done - kinda wish I had one now
Cheers ibid & K-dog!
There are lots of pros and cons to every camera, at the end of the day what most of us care about is the final product, not the tools so much. Would be great to see some cool new videos from Seabreeze members using the tips we provided - and no, go pro had nothing to do with it, it's just the love of the sport and what these cameras can do that made me think this was worth sharing!
I have a gopro and would never have thought about setting it up at an angle on the boom - so thanks for the tip!
Will have it and an HD cam out tomorrow for two perspectives...
