Stuck, need help,
Both are available and look good...can find plenty of good reviews of the Evo on line, lots say especially good for onshore slop (thats here in SE QLD) and generally a really easy to use quick to plane board, easy and fun to sail.
The Evo I have looked at is in good nic, but seems heavy for its size, but maybe thats the Wood Sandwich construction? looks kind of bigish for one jump up from an 80ltr?
Cant find much about the Naish...?
It seems to be a very old school classic shape , narrow tail compared to Evo, perhaps the Naish would be more suited to classic side shore conditions?
Wont be able to check its condition or weight, or test sail.
I'm 85kg and will use a 5.2m ezzy in 18-25+knt, just sold an SB evil twin 80ltr that I found just a tad too small for me in local onshore conditions.
Any thoughts before I pull the pin would be great....
TA
have had an SB 90l evo when they came out. good board but maxes out on anything below 5m. 4.7 just manageable. great board for SE qld
i'm 88kg
thanks Bowsa, its looking good. 5.2 would be the most common engine I would think. an 85lt would be the ideal size, but NA..may pull the trigger on it I think.
