did anyone ride this sail this year??

sounds like a good light to medium wind range wave sail??

I've sailed it (on holiday). It's a pure freestyle sail, not a wave sail. It might work ok depending on what you're doing, but if you're buying new I'm sure there are better sails in the NP line up.

Haven't ridden, I'd imagine it would be fairly powerful being a freestyle sail. I know PWA sailor and BWA winner Jamie Hancock often (most of the time) uses gaastra pures which are quite a similar sail to the np wizard (they're SvBs old sail before he went to np who made the wizard for him). So id say that the wizard could quite suitable, the only concern id have is that sailing in cross to cross off conditions even in lightt winds you get quite a lot of apparent wind which may mean the sail could be too powerful. Also it may not be that strong, but then again, Ive seen video of the np freestylers using it in tge waves.

The new Flys are more powerful then you think if thats what your after. Heaps more stable and feel better then earlier models. i wouldnt buy anything else.
