Exhausted but stoked,Low after low pushing cold solid air streams up into Victoria,between massive Highs across the Bight, gave me the opportunity to put my fitness to the test,i made a comment that Windsurfers where fitter than Kiter's especially the cartage of gear up and down cliff faces,as some( kiter and bike rider) said Windsurfing doesn't create fitness?

to that, and i am qualified in the Fitness Industry to know my heart rate and muscle completion was up there, with top Athletes level of fitness and at my Touch Footy it is noticeably better and alot higher after consistent sailing which is usually 1 to 2 times a week for a minium of 4hrs in total at a high energy outlay,thoughts ?![]()

Fitness compared to kiting absolutely no comparison, especially wave sailing, way bigger work out, cardio, muscles/strength you name it heaps harder, especially if you get slammed by those big monsters!
