A bit early but given that some people might want to get an early start to get ahead of the bike race that's on tomorrow around Wollongong I thought I give a quick status update.

Just got back from Sydney and at 6pm the point was working with about 4 to 5 foot. The main break had the odd 5 foot set come through. So there are definitely more waves about than last weekend. Tides are a bit funky at the moment. Low tide seems to be ultra low... wind is currently 5 knts from the North.

It seem Seabreeze models and BOM models don't agree on tomorrows forecast. Bom says 15 - 20 knts, Seabreeze says 20 - 25 knts. Take the middle and you get 20 knts. I am thinking if it completely clears up (currently it's partly cloudy and it doesn't look like they had much rain) we might get 25 knts.

Will do another update tomorrow morning with pix.
