Hi guys, has anyone sailed flat rock in a NE yet over the last month? I might be heading up in the next 2 weeks if the forecast looks good.
What are the banks like there this year, i have been a couple of different seasons and the break changes a lot every year.

Sailed flat rock in strong NE today,
reef was best for wave ridding on high tide.
Beachy had a mid section gutter reform
so not breaking through consistently but still good jumping on outer bank. was fun
