Recently I had a conversation with someone who was frustrated with magazine covers and other promotional material using photographs of moves where the rider was clearly not going to land it.
Sometimes its obvious and sometimes it takes a keen eye to pick it. If you've seen a pic that falls into this category post it here and let the seabreeze community decide, "did he/she make it?"
here's a start:
that's actually a one handed flaka turned upside down using photoshop. No one could possibly do that in the waves except me.
didn't make it I say.
To high and not out in front of the wave enough.
And in the photo he already looks like he could be behind the wave a bit
If he did make it than that is amazing or it's the slowest moving wave in the world
Didn't make it.
No such thing as a one handed goiter and never will be as the rear hand is required to push the clew thru the wind and when the wind catches the rear of the sail it is that 'rip' on your back hand that completes the rotation.
(I think it was actually a mega powered waterstart gone wrong)
I don't reckon young Mr Ezzy made it
Does it really matter if he did or did not make it???? At that one second of time, he was flying high.![]()
Der Leech. Did you see which way the wind was blowing? Or did you think he was getting barelled backwinded![]()
![]()
well it fooled me to greeny. ![]()
but i think you're right. it's dtl conditions.
hi leech,
after your comment i had a closer look and i think that is white water through the sail.
Yep I did make it, but they didnt ask if they could use the photo for the cover. I'm gonna have to sue them.
PS. Your not hardcore RadLad
