Wind kicked in this arvo... solid 20 knots cross shore for a good part of the day (rigged a 5.4 and was sweet) before it swung more west and ramped up a notch or two. (4.7 and arms being stretched)
Swell was all but none existent for all of the session but right at the end there was a sign of the massive south swell pulse that is due to kick in tonight/tomorrow.
Abundance of sea life, dolphins, sting rays, schools of fish and whales migrating north... only two of us in the water and no sign of any of the big whities that frequent the area.

the wind yesterday was really gusty in Newi, would not have been much fun sailing in the surf, i even turned to the dark side for the arvo just to get in the water ![]()
