Hi just reaching out see if anyone has any advice , spots / wind directions for windsurfing in port fairy. I'm heading over from sa for Easter and just want to know weather worth taking my gear . I'm not a wave sailer just a bump and jump rider ,don't mind flat water as well. Thanks for any info
Great sailing there and a great local crew. Bump and jump at east beach then go around further behind golf course for wave rides or across the road to the loch for flat water.all within a couple kays. Need a weedy for the loch. Well worth taking your gear.
Local crew are great. Cheers Max for showing me around when I was there.
The Lough can be accessed from the Port Fairy International airport. Killarney Lagoon had a great protected area.
