Doesn't look too good from where I'm sitting Poor me! I must stop looking at Seabreeze and do something more satisfying...like putting bamboo under my fingernails
Must be my turn to take photos again.

As always my prediction was almost there with 4.7 weather and close to half mast which was a bit of a letdown compared to the last few days however I counted 19 sailors ripping it up through the day which must be close to a record since the eighty's.
Pooped a couple of snaps off before the lure of the waves overwhelmed me....................just had to get out there

Dorans was off its head. Sailed the afternoon on a 3.5 & 65 lt board. At one stage all you could see was white, reckon it must have been 40 - 60 kts. Russ & Steve headed out with slalom gear (Russ a 5.9 cause that's all he bought)They didn't last long. Not many there, sounds like most were at Carlton.

Spanked big time but Dorans is still the king of the real wind...

I did use the words almost and close......................truth being 1/2 less than 1/2........or bugger all

Hobart airport hit 48knots so Dorans would easy hit 60

No it was definitely 85cm or waist high every 10mins we only needed another 1 to 2 meters

Probably the windiest I have ever seen it at Dorans, crazy windy.

I can see Russ in the photo but not his kit.
