Don't take my word for it........ appleman's our forcaster

My guess

Monday - seabreeze good for pond, maybe Clifton & river
Tuesday - late SW at Dorans
Wednesday - late NE at Goats
Thurs - NE at Goats
Friday - SW Dorans, Sandpits, Carlton

If it's anything like last week we're in for a good one

If it's anything like last week, we'll be sitting on our hands again.

Might be time for the Northern boys to cut the apron strings and take a drive to Marrawah/Stanley. Just a continual run of wind on the NW corner.

Buzzy what do you think about Fri / Sat at Marrawah? It's my last week in Tassie so would like to get over there if possible!

Windguru is saying around 20 knots SSW

Buzzy gone quiet?? Maybe because it's a maybe, it looks a bit light but usually there's only one way to find out and that's go there, we've done that so many times and scored a great session. The great thing about that place is you don't need gale force winds to get a good wave. Swell looks a bit small for BOL as that needs a min of a 3.5m swell to get it working but Greens and Bluff should have good waste to head high........................................and you have to get one last wave before you leave..........are you coming back?

We had a few good runs at Clifton, then wind went to crap. Sailed for a good couple of hours at the pond after that till late, seabreeze cranked in..

While some chose the pond I sailed Cliffy from 6pm to 7pm and had a blast. Some very big sets made it challenging but lots of fun.

Very strange seebreeze for the last two nights getting stronger towards 5.30 pm
Most local windsurfers throw the towel in by this time of night ,and lift the right hand ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,towards there mouth holding a beverage.
Was at the pub at 6.00 pm cause work was late ,and watching the wind, in Mortimer bay it just got stronger, I did swear.
Well done Dave on the Cliffy sail.
It really helps when your a stone throw away from the water,oh yeah ya dinner is getting cold

Goats is looking the goods again for tonight Pulled my rhomboids (muscles between the shoulder blades guys!) during a sneeze this morning, hope they come good for sailing. That's the consequences from doing milage on Saturday

Four of us sailed Cliffy yesterday mid afternoon (5 counting Cracker). Sails from 4.7 to 5.7 but 5.2 was about right. Occassional big sets which were lifting thick sand as they rolled over on low tide. There were times when it was prudent not to attempt to get out. Not much swell between. Big waves out back up north.
Surprised at low attendance - has work suddenly gained a level of importance above its previously correctly relegated position after sailing? Keep it going champs our government needs the tax income apparently.
Ant I have never known you to save yourself - you feeling ok?

Another 20-25 knot day down south. From the East this time. Fun had by all at Cremorne beach with the swell too big and messy for Goats.
