Some of us drive down there to SUP and leave our sailing gear at home

If only i hadnt already arranged to go down with a mate and then back to his place to cut down a tree for him. What was i thinking, gotta get my priorities straight.

There was no forecast! We need a text network for this stuff. We would all get a lot more sailing!

I thought the forecast pretty much covered it - and the maps looked highly likely that there would be wind sunday late morning at victor

The forecast was there for all to see - SCC 15-20 with 20-25 at times and the upper south east the same - just took some interpretation and finger crossing.

metro waters add 5-10 knts for the mid - 10-15 mid was 15-20 - some more frequent waves would have been nice though

Sailed Seaford / 3 Poles for a couple of hours until the wind dropped off as the sets got more consistent. Thin wetty, bit of sunburn, good day.
