Hiya

we are new to SA, my son used to windsurf in the UK and we are trying to find somewhere near the Southern Suburbs for him to windsurf, and where to hire the gear from.

Hope someone can help,

Thanks in advance

Hi Mitchells - not sure where to hire gear from but there's plenty of well priced second hand stuff on seabreeze.

There are plenty of spots - if your around the seacliff area its always worth checking in a seabreeze - further south is really dependant on what level your at as it is often reef waves and gusty.

Have a look at theWindsurf SA website for some locations and I think the Onboard website has a bit of a summary as well.

Look out for the demo day in january as it would be a good chance to meet up with some of the crew and see whats happening locally.

If your willing to drive semaphore and largs are worth a look for consistent summer seabreezes

Cheers
