Hey Hail, Duck,
It went SW about 3pm. 3-4pm was great and then after that the tide got a bit full.

for the lack of wind adelaide has been expeeriencing of late, there was a severe lack of sialors at Seacliff. Only the local die hards..

where was everyone hiding.

Maybe people had to work or waiting for it to swing SW?

I hear it was firing early this morning.

After my session yesterday I was walking the dog on the cliff top path at Marino about 6 pm. Some nice clean waves were coming in off the old boat ramp at the end of Burnham Rd. Wind still SW. Definitely a spot that needs to be visited more. It's either a slog upwind from Kingston Park or finding a spot to rig amongst the gravel. Needs a medium to full tide. Often the surfers take on the stormies just a little bit further along.

The council need to make a nice grassy rigging area :-)

Prob cause seacliff isn't the centre of the windsurfing universe and there's better places to sail

Sorry Forgot to put

So do I on its day low tide kranking wind and decent swell - but a wsw with a decent stormy at the mid with Hi tide there's other options with some great jumping - back hand waves and a few bare aways with very good size waves breaking on the outer reefs. Whatever seacliff size is you can usually add at least a third - its just everyone gravitates to seacliff while there are other great places to sail - just an observation really

Well said Russ, agreed, there are many other places to sail. Some of us who finish work late, and hate the traffic jam called brighton road, have to sail other places like Semi. Might not have reefs but at least its wouldnt have been as onshore as Seacliff on Weds night. Semi was windy that night till it got to spooky to continue sailing.

Ill certainly keep the Mid and Snapper Pt in mind if i have time to get down that way.
