I bought a couple of sails out of Adelaide yesterday and am getting alot of quotes of $250 up to Sydney. Does anyone know any companys that are reasonably priced?

Try Freight Management Australia (freightmanagement.com.au).
Can be a bit slow to respond to queries, but ultimately I've always found them reliable and cheap.
Try www.smartsend.com.au you should get a couple of sails up to Sydney for around $50 or so.
i just recently mailied a sail to melborne with tnt next buisiness day for 30 bucks. also try australian air express. used them before and there awesome!
I used to use Coach services a lot due to there handling of care (ie: Greyhound, Maccafety's). The last time I checked (2 months ago - freight a 150L board from Adelaide to Brisbane = $100), they still beat freight companies hands down. I've never had anything damaged. They normally depot to depot (don't deliver to door).
Post and Pack quoted me $144 on a 11.6 SUP Perth to Adelaide, plus $40 bucks for insurance,
I sent a 7.8m sail (so it was quite long) to sydney for 80 bucks through pack and send couriers... maybe worth a call???
