The 'across the gulf 'thread just reminded me of the annual Christmas holiday at port Vincent when two sailboarders [tandem board] crossed the gulf from Adelaide to Port Vincent.does anyone out there now the significance of that event and who was involved in doing it ,one of the news crews documented the event and i guess it made the news[those were the days when a holiday was a holiday,the shack had no TV]
