Who's sailing where this weekend - some great forcasts and big swells coming.

Go the 4.2 and wave boards! (hopefully)

We are all over it, will text you with location.

We are staying down south this weekend, so likely Goolwa in a SW River Mouth or Kents,

Sailed snapper this afternoon - good for about 30 mins at 3pm - nice little waves and jumps on freewave 98 and 6.4 severne S2 nicely powered having a ball - cloud came over and dropped to about 10-12knts.

Mate had a blast on his go 130L and 5.5 - was pretty happy with his first snapper experience -planing around, a bit of chop to hop - and some swell to run along.

7am snapper tomorrow with 20-25w-nw -& heaps of swell around- should be good!

Just got back after another snaps session - awesome 4.7 speed runs in the lagoon with some nice waves to jump at each end as you head out to sea and some little backhand waves - - no one around - where is everyone!

Should be good again later this arvo if the wind hangs around

Did the wind come in at Goolwa - the HI wind meter was all over the place - a friend surfed Middleton and said it was just short lived gusts and the meter was reading 30knts or so.

BOM sure over estimated this event

There were spurts of wind all weekend, yesterday was crazy going form 10 knots right up to 25 knots at least twice while we were having coffee and Sticky date at Rankines!

Well i tried to sail semaphore but couldnt get going on a 5m and 85L wave board. Fustrating weekend all round given the forecast. The wind seemed to crank as soon as it got dark then backed off at any sailable time.

Saturday morning seemed to be the only sailable time up this end.
