G'day all,
Sitting at home recovering from a broken ankle thinking about ways to motivate myself to get back on the water, on the bike etc.
I see that some people are tracking their runs and using a GPS for speed sailing. Went to look at a few in the shops and now have some idea what to get. But what do others use and what is the thing to look for for a good one?
Any advice is welcome?
Cheers
B

The GT31 is a nice bit of kit. They do lots of other stuff as well. My only complaint is it's too fiddly for the field unit. Some people have had issues with the device freezing, but a fireware update fixes this. I brought mine from an English supplier (www.gps-speed.co.uk). They seem to be the cheapest place to get them. I brought the unit, an Aquapack and SD memory cheaper than the advertised units in Australia.

Thanks for the information guys. Will look into those units.
Anyone else I'm happy to hear what they think.
Cheers
