The plan as it stands now,

Ship in and then some maintenance then a ship out back to the berth down to the foreshore by 1530 with 20kts of southerly. Time to stretch the arms again.
Now lets see if someone can't bugger that up for me.

Who else has a plan?

There was stronger wind at work than after. Still some wind but gusty and no guts to it. Got a sail in though.

^^^^^^ That's not very nice. Your lucky if you didn't loose your genitals getting flung around the handle bars like that.

What , if you dont sail in Adelaide and are known to the Adelaide crew, you are not allowed to comment about your session ??
Best you stay in your little bubble and leave the rest of the state to us !!

Yep, whats wrong with going for a sail then getting stuck into your mates. Seems to happen a fair bit allover this site.

I have no issue with you guys using the forum - hell who am I to police it. Just asked who you guys were as I hadn't seen or heard anything before and the correspondence suggested a certain 'familiarity' with each other - and I definately am not an Adelaide only sailor!

Was breezy in the southern half of the gulf yesterday evening - I reckon everyone would have got a blast across this fine state.

Could of done with some company though was a lonely old sail at snaps - and some weird water on the ledge and good size swell on the back reefs

Hi. Wind looks promising tomorrow and I have the day off :-). Should swing SW mid arvo. Would sea cliff be ok or further North.?

Come to Sems tomorrow. There will be heaps of sailors there.

Sems was pretty good tonight. Got over powered in the end, and couldn't be bothered rigging down.

I waited for the wind until about 16:30 then went home lol as I unpacked it blew up. Typical. It looks windy in the morning. Will you guys head for sems in morning? If so whereabouts do you launch at semaphore? Thanks

Here's the place M. Can't miss it. You'll see heaps of cars with boards on roofs, and lots of people rigging up

www.google.com.au/maps?q=semaphore+south,+sa&hl=en&ll=-34.847217,138.47709&spn=0.002574,0.002411&sll=-37.860283,145.079616&sspn=1.793323,2.469177&t=h&hnear=Semaphore+South+Australia&z=19

PS/ It's a dodge tide (neap tide) over the weekend. This place is very tide specific, so don't expect too much. Boggy Lake or Hindmarsh Island would be better places to go if you want guarantees.

Gotta be happy,
12 days at work over two weeks (2 days at home saying g'day to wifey) with 6 sails in the mix. Actually only 13 days as the" Lincoln 270 "is on at 1800 tomoz.
Going from having a choice in horse power to cruising training runs to 90+kg overpowered on a 4.2.
I will call that a successful swing.

PS For GWENDY Sat arvo only one person on the water when the wind picked up. And he was Tallshiippin.
And mon and tue arvo still only one bloke out guess who that was?

I will give ya ring things look good on our break.
