OK, Kym away, SW winds forecast all weekend, looking for family friendly atmosphere either Goolwa, Seacliff or Snaps, any one with kids heading that way? Phoebe will need entertaining......I gotta get a sail!!
Dave,
I don’t like your chances for wind, but I am hoping Im wrong. Hanging for a sail. Spring this year has been ****.
Looks like a no surf onshore not enuff wind kinda weekend - will take Tom for an early surf on his new 6 footer in the morning befor the so called wind arrives.
Maybe Kent reserve on Sunday if its more ssw.
Not looking good Dave.
Got a 92 JP twinnie that's dying to be sailed as well - be lucky to get it in the water before next winter at this rate.
I was hoping for one last sail this weekend before the gear gets freighted to Perth.
Gero only 2 weeks away now, mmmmm Western Australian seabreezes, lets hope they get a little more consistant over the next couple of weeks,
Anyone else going west between the 4th and 21st of december???

How much gear are you taking? Things are improving up there
I will be in Gero on 28th of Jan for my big 30th birthday.
Well now Vikki's sailing were taking over a swag of gear, 5 sails two rigs and three boards. I can't wait to get some quality time on the twinnie. How are you getting your gear over Darren? We booked with Qantas but they've changed there policy: No windsurfing gear on domestic flights, bummer.
Victor Harbour during Schoolies week... ![]()
Things would have to be pretty bad to put yourself through that!
G'day Dave,
Been off the water for over 8 months. Baby and all!
Looking down on kent from home for the last few weeks. Have seen a couple of guys out and a kite a few weeks ago.
Looks good for Sunday, but Schoolies! Just had a group of 30 work down the road, ah the joys of victor. Shops are full, Police every where, More turbos (WRXetc) on than roads than Glenelg on a hot night! Either way let us know on here if you head down i'll dust off some gear.
Cheers

I am also traveling with Qantas and taken my kit. You can still travel with your gear, but you will have to pay 10 dollars per kilo if your quiver bag is over 23kgs. Board will travel for free. Read forum topic above.
Will it happen tomorrow morning!! I’m still not confident it will.
