Sophie dog enjoys a good bit of sniffn but If trev and baxters around it could be on - think I'll leave her at home!

Nice 1m tide around 2pm- the cliff could be goin orf - will see ya there -

just a nice litlle SUP at Seaford - gotta luv glassy waves - One over head high boomer set out of no where with a krankin left across three poles - and then nothing but thigh to chest high sets - very weird

This might be a silly question (my Dr didn't give me a straight answer). If you had stiches, would you sail ? (sea).

Hell YES!!!!

just take a bit fishing line and a needle, just incase you have to do a repair RAMBO style

No Ja dont risk it even though salt water is good for the healing process, you dont want an unplaned catapult.

if you MUST go , go sunday, looks a little cruisier,

Depends on where the stiches are.

If the skin gets wet and soggy the stiches break through soggy skin or its a pressure point when your sailing- stiches can tear through wet skin and the wound is open - presto storm water bugs from the sea in the wound - infection, remove stiches and drain, open wound more time off the water - gets into blood stream become septic and end up in ICU with tubes in every orofice - including some they make especially to stick an extra tube in, or maybe a flesh eating bacteria and you lose the limb as well - worse case scenario

Or you could just say what te f*** would the doctor know and keep your fingers crossed and hit the water with it smothered in sterile vaseline and a good tight water tight dressing- I know I would!!
