Sat 10.12. Where is the Place to windsurf!(waves)

Sat 10.12. Where is the place to go windsurfing?.I prefere some waves for jumping and may wavesailing,sideshore from left..I'm still at the end of great ocean road and wanna hit the road to adelaide tomorrow early moring..

Semaphore at 6pm if you live central/north - choppy blasting.
Midcoast at 6pm if you live south - could be 1ft waves - cross to cross-on.

The forecasts usually err on the conservative side with the time (ie usually comes in later) .. 'during the afternoon' is often early evening.

North to northeasterly 5 to 10 knots tending southwesterly 10 to 15 knots during the morning then tending south to southwesterly 15 to 20 knots during the afternoon, reaching 20 to 25 knots north of St Kilda late afternoon.

Stay where you are or sail the South East - no swell down here bump and jump choppy pooh is about the best we can offer this weekend

4pm and it is starting to pick-up ... 17 knts SW up near grange/tennyson/semaphore.
should be good in an hour or two.
choppy blasting only.

5.34pm .. 19knts .. should be ok for a sail this evening ... although the sun hasn't been out much today, so I dont think it will be great.

Today was fantastic. I had a good time on the big gear. I would have gone to the small gear, but there's the Toy Run tomorrow. I don't like riding when I'm half knackered.
