Thumbs Up

Another question from an immigrant New South Welshie calling for some local knowledge:

I've had two good sessions recently at Nth Haven in solid N and NW'ies - the break walls kept the water nice and flat, which is what I'm into at this stage.

I was wondering, in a good westerly (like what's forecast for Wednesday) is the effect of the break walls neagted (i.e. would it be relatively the same at say, West Beach, compared to up there at Nth Haven?)

Thanks,
Craig

in a true westerly west beach would be dead on shore no good if you want flat water , nth haven would be cross on but you would get some protection from the breakwater probably most protected spot on the metro coast .good luck
