It is finally finished. Paul Murphy at BC Stainless made it. His workmanship is top notch, and given he now has experience making windsurf trailers I would recommned contacting him if you want something special (no he is not paying me or giving me a discount for this plug). This one has venting in the sides and two levels to one off the side pods. There is a false floor with the sails underneath. The foam is insulated. Weighs approx 350 kg which is very light for a trailer. The towing system is a Treg.
Currently building an enclosed trailer and have done much research. Must agree with Dave, best ever!
Nice - roof top tent water tank, fridge solar and cooker and would double as a pretty good camping set up as well for a nice trip to the nw
He only needs two more boards in there and he will have one for each day of the week. ![]()
I was thinking the same Paul, where are the racks to put my boards on it![]()
Just wondering, are the vents waterproof and bug-proof? Need to find the best method for keeping my trailer cool in summer ![]()
Best idea is to have a cover that slides over it for winter / dusty roads. Because I did not think of that when it was being built, I am using some sail material and velcro...
