This is our new house James, bit tight when the inlaws rock up, but nice views :)
Its so the council can implement the new drop in and wave hog fines for surfers and particularly SUP riders- apparently $20 + GST
Hopefully it will be introduced at U turns this summer ;-)
I thought it was the new judging tower for the State Wavesailing Titles...with the bar to be set up underneath the shelter.
