Pretty crazy down at Middleton this morning. Maris and Geoff took it on. A couple of older blokes took seniors' privilege and watched on...

... peaking at 43kts round about the time the pix were taken...

Always Interesting to hear the forecast from the west then see a forecast and have it shown through a few photos..............dose nt even look cold

Wow, what a great pics. Big waves!
I sailed Middleton on Wednesday and Tuesday when the waves were also manageable for me...

haha thanks Kev
i got a custom made copy (its green) because the old one's more fresh air than fabric. new ones good but but old faithfuls still more comfortable.... and it occurred to me i m locked into the old one, theres no way to get it off quick......... not sure if this matters??????

spent the arvo with Rossy .... current boards going great; next development adds a bit of rocker to tighten bottom turn arc- boards are super qucik so plenty of speed to sacrifice for turining and add a bit more control too-even tho got p\lenty now- wide point easing forward to get more drive off rail off bottom, fraction more v in tail and thats about it. they are like a skate board off top- unreal
takin em to wa for january.
oh yeah and trying new epoxy glass construction- stronger styro, no vacuum, quicker cheaper build.

if anyone wants old boards, first in best dressed - 83 to m93 L got a few and old protos - only when new ones are ready tho. reality is old boards are probably better all rounders as faster and still turn great

how yours go in maui???
