I dont look more than 2 days ahead, BOM changes way too much IMO.
Noticed boggy has been getting late arvo sb's lately, so stuff the charts as long as theres enough heat and no opposing winds its good to go!!!!!!!

Hi Darkplague,

Did you sail boggy on the weekend? Just wondering if these f^%^%$# carp are going to be an ongoing problem - I hope not.

Might have to sail Sem's, North haven, Milang, Goolwa or Murray mouth otherwise. Or of course the best place in SA - LAKE GEORGE - Bring on Summer seabreezes!

Carl I sailed Boggy on Saturday.......did not see any carp. The water level was very high and I think the carp like shallow water.

Carl, I sailed there on Sunday. Hit one smallish fish that didnt really slow me down .

Other than that I got through without incident.

Sems is starting to crank out the sb's, so time for some after work sails :P
Tried the slalom at sems , and it rocks. Always thought you needed a wave orientated board there but it seems i was wrong!

Although some of the "larger ramps" need to be negotiated with some thought :P

Sounds good Darkplague and Legless.

Might try and get out at Sems after work on some of the seabreezes. I have taken the slalom board out approx 5 times at Sems - good fun.

Looks like something might happen Sunday.

If its not enough for a 5.6 / 6.3 you go for a surf

If theres no surf go for a paddle for some excercise

But theres no surf in Carpy lake is there - it blows me away that people drive so far on a dodgy forecast to sit and watch the carp breed especially when its windy and thereare so many places to sail along the coast

But each to their own

It looks like there will be more wind at boggy on Sunday than on the Adelaide coast. I am pretty sure I will get a sail....it sounds like you will not! Anyway it is only a 15 min drive for me

Well I just surfed triggs and there were some nice head high + sets - a bit smaller than last night and weds - so no complaints here
