I have used Transdirect and have also sold gear to someone who used them and both times there were no problems.
I sent a sail to sydney - pack n send lonsdale was $69 with full insurance. - they helped pack and pad it
Transdirect cost me $29 to get a 5.7 from Perth. Was packed by the seller and cost included insurance.
