couple of big sporting stories coming out of lincoln
probably heard Ben smashed it up in the west coast classic
but the huge breaking story.... Langy aka King of the Point won the Tunarama 1km SUP race in a photo finish.
His preparation in the tavern all arvo wasn't exactly text book, nor were the last minute jugs (was it 2 or 3?) and hot and spicy mexican pizza but after 6 lead changes Langy lead home a field of 50 to win. Half of the 5000 strong crowd took up the chant of "Langy Langy" (lead by the other Wave classic boys who'd been helping Lang in the tavern all arvo) as he surged to the lead to win by 6 inches.
A great Australian story up there with Occy winning his world title, Phar Lap , Warnies work etc etc.

Chris came in second...... he did an awesome job........ but theres not much anyone could have done to reel in the gangsta that night
That Beer and Pizza diet has awesome performance qualities that im sure other athletes should investigate. The Gangsta has provided solid proof and we are now converted and in current training!
