Footpad re-grip

Regripped the footpad of my flare with this white diamond grip foam that I bought from a jet ski retailer. Took about two hours to strip the old stuff, cut glue and shape the new pad and so far looks the goods. No excuse to not land moves now.

It came in a big roll so I have heaps left, pm me if your interested.

How grippy is this stuff? Does it feel like sand paper?

It,s better than the original SB pads - I've done 4 boards now that had pads that prematurely peeled and prefer the jet ski material over the original. Here's the DIY post I put up some time ago www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/General/DIY-footpads/

It feels similar to the SB grip maybe a little bit softer.

ya could have put this up last week
bought some cool **** from clarks rubber
but mine was not easy tooo get off and has holes
where the fooot pads are that need spongey **** aswelll
but should be able tooo manage
i am wondering what sort of glue tooo use
