Hi guys,
I here on a holiday and keen to go sailing. Preferably in some waves and sideshore winds (who doesn't want that :))
I have a car, and dragged two wave boards and enough sails sizes with me from the Netherlands.
Are you going for a place with waves tomorrow ? I am at glenelg, but heard it's going to be pretty flat in the bay?
Regards,
Niels

Hi Niels,
Not going down myself, but Dribs is Chapman St, Middleton (not a secret surely :-) ). Looks good for the morning session. Maybe Seacliff back in the city later in the late afternoon too.

Hey Richard - No secret - just a sentimental term for the place - as long as I have surfed Middleton was dribs or dribbleton which describes it very wel lfrom a short board surf perspective (fat slow and dribbly) a 400m paddle through ten lines of white water for a 3 foot fat burger.
The very reason it makes it makes for fun wave sailing cause it peaks and breaks for ages

There was two world tour (surfing) events mid 80s in the bay and off the point, the end of year votes came in and dribbs was voted the fattest, slowest, worst wave ever used by the tour!!
Haha good to know!
I'am glad i sailed it today, was a fun session. And my first one in Australia. Thanks guys for sorting me out!!
