I reckon it just depends! I personally haven't had a sail for around 6 weeks and I'm desperate for anything at all. So in my opinion, it counts.
wind down here was 10-35k so a 4.7m was the order of the day and a 76l twin
good swell but too offshore and gusty for my liking. only out for 3-4 runs and a big 2km downwinder. pick up service from a kiter known as HAAK cheers mate
hope that sort of wind hangs around till October Long Weekend
