Hi All. I have a request. I've got a friend who is interested in windsurfing. He is
a Surfer for over 20 years and is keen to give Windsurfing a try. I took him down to
West Lakes a few weeks ago for him to have a go. No good. This was due to my
poor teaching, lack of wind, as well as my intermediate skill board.

This weekend, if the wind is good, I am going to take him to Hindharsh Island for a
2nd go. I was wondering if anyone who is coming down, would you be able to bring
down a beginner board (with a dagger board) ?. I reckon he will struggle again on mine.
I figure if he had a session on a beginner board, he could get his head around
how the sail works in the wind (and not have to worry about down force techniques).

Hi Dave. I'll ask him. His hours are very hard (he chose the time and location this
weekend). If he is keen to change, then it will be a goer. Thanks for this. It will
make a big difference for him.

BTW, Merry Xmas all :)
