How far up the coast are you planning on heading? I've travelled that coast a few times over the last few years, these are my highlights.

Ceduna bay is great for a nice flat water blast over lunch on your way through, it's generally pretty windy there.

Esperance has the clearest water I've seen any where and makes sailing the various beach breaks a blast.

Coronations beach (Geraldton) is all ways a winner if you like waves.

And of course if your really keen Gnarloo out of Canarvon is great but pretty heavy. If you just like fun waves and good jumping Gnarloo is proberly not worth the extra's day drive for you.

If you make it as far as Geraldton send us a message on Seabreeze and i'll show you around, I'll be living their by then. Can't wait.

The mighty Timber SUP belongs to Fletch, I've simply been lucky enough to be able to use it for a while, so it will be waiting in Adelaide for him to return.

Keep in touch Russ, hopefully I'll see you over west soon
