ok - im sure im being a muppet - but i'll take the stick!

Can somepone take a pic of how they thread their severne blade / S1 with a severne grenade extension...?

i thought i was doing it right....just going up the the sail and threading left to right.....But the rigging guide (pdf) shows that you on the first run from the ext, you go immediately down to the nearest extension pulley wheel first....then up?

So you then i assume go thru that extension pulley wheel (next to where the rope starts) TWICE?

Any visual / real world guides most appreciated!!!

Cheers

The extension in the rigging guide has 3 pulleys which i assume is for cammed sails that are harder to downhaul. The "Wave Grenades" only have 2 pulleys so you go from the extension directly to the sail. The rigging guide says running the downhaul rope the way it shows allows correct alignment for 3 pulley sails which the S1 and Blade are. So i think they are using an extension in the rigging guide that covers cammed and wave sails. If your using a Wave Grenade then ignore the rigging guide and just go from one pulley to the next across the sail and extension towards the cleat. That's the way i rig mine and the rope doesn't cross over.

Yeah, the close up of the extension, is for the race/SDM which suits 4 pulley, so the diagram shows how to rig it for 3 pulley. But if you got the RDM extension, just ignore that pic.
